Registration Fee Includes

  • Attendance to all lecture sessions, including opening/closing sessions
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Conference lunches and coffee breaks
  • Delegate information pack (badge, congress documentation)
  • E-Program/Abstract book
  • Certificate of Attendance

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations/ transfer of registration:

Cancellation ON or BEFORE 31st March 2025: Refund of the registration fee minus an administrative charge of RM100 for local delegates and USD 30 for international delegates. All refunds will be processed within 1 month after the conference.

Cancellation AFTER 31st March 2025: No refund will be made. Nevertheless, a substitute delegate will be most welcome. 

No Show: No refund will be made.
