The Conference Travel Grant (CTG) aims at providing financial support for participation in AOCPRM 2025. The CTG includes 4 nights’ accommodation and conference registration.
Eligibility Criteria
Students / Trainees or Early-Career Professionals (age 40 years old or less in 2025)
Applicants must have submitted at least one (1) abstract for oral presentation for the conference.
Only applicants from developing countries are eligible for the grant.
Evaluation criteria
The grant will be only eligible for applicants with abstracts accepted as oral presentation.
Selection of the awardees for travel grants will be based on scientific excellence (score of an abstract submitted to a Scientific Meeting), curriculum vitae, letters of recommendation, or a combination of these.
Application Procedure
Applicants for the CTG should submit their applications via delegate dashboard.
The application should consist of the following documents, and incomplete application will not be considered.
Letter of support from their supervisors, mentors, or academic advisors
Curriculum vitae
A copy of the passport

Submitting a CTG does not guarantee acceptance of the application nor the acceptance of the abstract.
This grant is non-transferable. If the grant recipient cannot attend the meeting after accepting the grant, they must write to the secretariat before 15th May 2025. The grant will then be given to the next deserving candidate.
This grant does not include Pre-conference Workshop.
The Organising Committee have the right to withdraw the grant without advance notice in the event of extenuating circumstances beyond their control.
The Review Committee’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be made by the reviewer in relation to their decision.
Grant recipients must attend all 3 days of the conference. They must also present their free paper oral presentation and attend the Closing Ceremony.
Successful grant recipients need to share information about the conference on social media.
